First Day Hike 2025: Pipestem Resort State Park

Start the year off right and join us for a refreshing adventure on the first day. Hike with the park naturalist to earn your West Virginia State Park First Day hiking patch!
Meet at 1 p.m. at the 18-hole Championship Golf Course Pro Shop to hike the cart path from holes 1 through 9. The hike is suitable for all ages and abilities. There is no charge to participate.
Participants receive a First Day Patch, cocoa and cookies upon the hike completion.
