Family Trails Day
The feature activity is a guided eight-mile hike (Walk Between the Parks) that begins at 9:00 a.m. at the Canaan Valley Lodge. Other activities include the “Walk-a-Mile” contest and alternative (shorter, interpretive) walks. The registration fee includes an event memento, cookout lunch (halfway point on the “Walk Between the Parks”) and shuttle service from Canaan Valley Resort State Park.
Registration is $25 for adults and $15 for children (6-12). Pre-registration is recommended or register Friday, May 3 12:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.in the Beech Club, Canaan Valley Resort Main Lodge, or prior to walk on Saturday morning.
