A Taste of Mountain Creek Dinner - October 24, 2025

The Mountain Creek Dining Room is reopening! Join Pipestem Resort State Park Chef Marion Ohlinger for an exclusive opportunity to experience an eight-course culinary journey of upscale Appalachian fare.

Schedule

Social starts at 6 p.m., with the eight-course dinner and entertainment following immediately thereafter.

Menu

• – Smoked walleye pike chowder, salt-rising bread croutons, golden beet coulis
• – Salad of autumn greens, roasted root vegetables, maple-tamari vinaigrette
• – Crawdad fritters, braised collard greens, ramp remoulade
• – Sumac-rubbed ribeye steak, bone marrow butter
• – Venison filet mignon, morel flan, corn truffle demi, chicory dust
• – Cornmeal-battered blue catfish, roasted green tomato tartar, buckwheat hushpuppies
• – Lamb sausage, smashed potatoes and turnips, roasted onion gravy, potato straw
• – Sweet potato cheesecake, goats-milk caramel
