The price is $50 per person\, inclusive of all taxes and gratuities. The first course will feature the “ultimate winter salad” of kale\, spinach\, cabbage\, carrots\, apples\, and roasted butternut squash. Tossed in a West Virginia-sourced maple syrup dijon vinaigrette\, and sprinkled with candied pecans.
