REQUIREMENTS:

Under general supervision, the food service supervisor assists the Director of Food and Beverage in the supervision of and operation of the food and beverage department at Chief Logan Lodge and Conference Center located at Chief Logan State Park in Logan, West Virginia. The employee will be responsible for assisting and managing all related lodge food and beverage operations including the Whispering Ridge Restaurant and Sessions Lounge at Chief Logan Lodge as well as all banquet and group service food and beverage events at the Tomblin Conference Center.
