Taste the best of West Virginia’s farm-fresh food at a state park farm to table dinner.
The West Virginia State Parks farm to table dinner tours that debuted in June are continuing through September. These special dinners feature the best of West Virginia food and beverages — locally grown produce, meats and dairy paired with wines, beer or coffee.
The farm to table dinners take place on select Thursdays in August and September at some of West Virginia’s most scenic state parks. Dine on mouth-watering selections, like chilled Martinsburg Peach Soup with West Virginia honey, creamed new potatoes from Ripley and Valley Springs Farm slow-roasted pork. Each dinner is a five-star dining experience, and seating is limited. Book your reservation today! You don’t want to miss this!
Not only are these meals a great way to sample local food, they’re a perfect opportunity to explore our parks! For a truly unique travel and dining experience, make plans to attend one or more of the dinners below, then stay overnight to enjoy the park amenities. Lodging is separate from the dinner. Contact the park for information on available discounts or packages.
Bring the Farm to Table Dinner Home with You!
Each meal will be served on a collectible dish, created by the Homer Laughlin China Company. Participating parks are selling the dishes in their gift shops. Stop by each gift shop and purchase one of your own. They’re a great collector’s piece!
