All planes must be built on-site with provided materials\, ensuring a level playing field. DESCRIPTION:Three Rivers Avian Center (TRAC) is live at Cacapon Resort on Saturday\, June 27\, at 7:00 p.m. The educational birds offer a great chance to learn what birds say\, “who cooks for me\, who cooks for you all?” and to meet other raptors. \n\n\n\nThis nature program focuses on raptors native to West Virginia: hawks\, eagles\, falcons\, and owls. You’ll learn about the habitat\, diet\, and behavior of each bird\, common causes of injury\, and the laws protecting these special birds. \n\n\n\nThere is no fee to attend. Open to the public\, the program lasts about an hour and is held at the outdoor Nature Center Pavilion. Questions are welcome. This family-friendly event is an excellent presentation for all ages. DESCRIPTION:Take the sternwheeler to Blennerhassett Island Historical State Park on Independence Day to participate in the annual Ringing of the Bell Ceremony. After a proclamation\, the Sons of the American Revolution will perform a gun salute and ring the bell 13 times to signify the 13 original colonies. This is the 25th year of this event being held on Blennerhassett Island.
