An amazing piece of art and information. \nSaturday\, February 25\, 2023 \n10:30AMIntro to Geocaching in the ParkAre you looking for a family adventure? Join us for an introduction to geocaching! We’ll teach you a little bit about if and then set out on an adventure to find some geocaches in the park. \n1:30PMNo Leaves\, No Problem: All You Need is a TwigLearn how to identify a tree in the winter time by its twig or tree bark. The nature center is a great stop for all ages\, showcasing exhibits on the park history and the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) Camp Morgan 1934-41. Other West Virginia natural exhibits include an extensive taxidermycollection of wildlife- fish\, birds\, fox\, bobcat\, mountain lion\, deer\, elk\, and eastern grey wolf! \nAlso\, hands-on sand displays for wildlife tracks and a new geology interactive map to design your own mountains\, rivers and lakes.
