YPP (Young People for Parks) Recognition

Young People for Parks (YPP) is a nature based activity program conducted at multiple state parks throughout the summer months. Geared for youth ages 6-16, participants attend and participate in a minimum of three designated programs to achieve YPP status.

Beech Fork is recognizing youth that have participated in YPP activities at a ceremony at 6:00 p.m. Youth engaged in outdoor activity and exercise represent the future leaders and mentors of conservation and nature education for West Virginia’s future.
