Valentine’s Day Hike at Chief Logan

Just getting into hiking or never even tried? Come to this beginner hike to get started on the right foot and then the left and the right! Meet at Chief Logan Lodge at 10:00 a.m. Learn basic hiking and outdoors safety and Leave No Trace principles. We will be looking for birds, trees, critters and everything outdoors. Easy hike, but some parts of the trail may have rocks, roots, or be close to sheer drops. The gas well road is our destination, and the hike is about 1 mile. The activity is suitable for all ages. Meet at the flag pole at Chief Logan Lodge. Bring your sweetheart or the family and enjoy this hike to enjoy the outdoors on Valentine’s Day. After the hike, consider having lunch at Chief Logan Restaurant.
