November 20, 2020 @ 1:01 am

Nature up-close activities open to the public at Chief Logan State Park.

Steam Engine Tours are from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. at Chief Logan State Park. Located near the museum, the C&O #2755, an authentic steam engine, finds Naturalist Lauren Cole greeting visitors to view the locomotive. Walking up and down a flight of stairs is required. Tours will be small, groups of 10 or less, and will occur every 15 to 30 minutes. Participation requires wearing a mask and observing social distancing.

If the county school map is orange or red, this activity will be canceled. See education map for current metrics.
