Come out and join WVDNR Biologist Jim Fregonara to learn the importance of snakes and their habitat. Get an up-close look at some of our native snakes like the Corn Snake, Black Rat Snake, and Milk Snake! Learn which snakes are venomous, and how to identify them. This is a great educational and FUN opportunity for all ages.

Be sure to bring a lawn chair or blanket. This is a presentation of the Tygart Lake State Park Nature Center and is FREE of charge and open to the public at 7:00 p.m. Friday, July 15, 2022.

Location: Tygart Lake State Park Nature Center lawn area, or Picnic Shelter 1 in case of rain.
