Sit back and relax in your lawn chair or blanket (not provided) for an evening of meteors and stars from 9:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Stay for as long as you like being mindful of light impacting others sky viewing. Because it is an outdoor meteor watching activity, if raining or overcast, the show won’t go on. Mother Nature puts on quite a show if the sky is clear.

Please, help keep the area dark for viewing by refraining from adding white/blue light from flashlights and cell phones. We’ll talk about developing night vision as we move outdoors. Use red light on flashlights, use night mode on devices and limit bright headlights in the area. We’ll have some red cellophane on hand for your flashlight, if needed.
