National Moth Week is held annually, worldwide, during the last full week of July and celebrates the beauty, life cycles, and habitats of moths around the world. Meet at the Nature Center for moth watching. We will have a black light and white sheet set up to attract moths. Bring a flashlight and don’t forget your phone or camera to capture the moth moments. You may also want to bring a chair if you have one. In the event of rain the program may be canceled.
Moth Nights will be held at the Pipestem Nature Center on the following dates:
Saturday, July 20- 9:15 p.m.
Sunday, July 21- 9:15 p.m.
Friday, July 26- 9:15 p.m.
Sunday, July 28- 9:15 p.m.
