The Mountain Creek Dining Room is reopening! Join Pipestem Resort State Park Chef Marion Ohlinger for an exclusive opportunity to experience an eight-course culinary journey of upscale Appalachian fare.
Schedule
Social starts at 6 p.m., with the eight-course dinner and entertainment following immediately thereafter.

- – Smoked walleye pike chowder, salt-rising bread croutons, golden beet coulis
- – Salad of autumn greens, roasted root vegetables, maple-tamari vinaigrette
- – Crawdad fritters, braised collard greens, ramp remoulade
- – Sumac-rubbed ribeye steak, bone marrow butter
- – Venison filet mignon, morel flan, corn truffle demi, chicory dust
- – Cornmeal-battered blue catfish, roasted green tomato tartar, buckwheat hushpuppies
- – Lamb sausage, smashed potatoes and turnips, roasted onion gravy, potato straw
