The Mountain Creek Dining Room is reopening! Join Pipestem Resort State Park Chef Marion Ohlinger for an exclusive opportunity to experience an eight-course culinary journey of upscale Appalachian fare.
Schedule
Social starts at 6 p.m., with the eight-course dinner and entertainment following immediately thereafter.

- – Roasted pumpkin soup, crumbled sage sausage, tarragon cream
- – Roasted heirloom tomato bruschetta, fresh mozzarella, hog jowl jam, plum vinegar molasses
- – Country-fried frog legs, miso-buttermilk dippin’ gravy
- – Sumac-rubbed ribeye steak, bone marrow butter
- – Smoked ham hock, soup beans, cornbread croutons, candied vidalias
- – Cider-braised rabbit, chanterelle gravy, grilled sweet potato
