HIKE TO CRANNY CROW
Meet Tara at the horse stables for an interactive hike where she will share stories of the wonders in Lost River. This is a long hike. Plan on several hours. Wear good hiking shoes or boots and pack water and a snack.
SATURDAY, August 7, 2021
Come to the Nature Center and bring your imagination to create cute little creatures to take home to remind you of the special place that is Lost River.
NATURE CENTER at Lost River State Park is open from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. today.
THE LEE HOUSE Museum open from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. today.
CAMPFIRE STORIES AND S’MORES
Gather around the fire pit across from the Recreation Building to hear local legends and ghost stories while enjoying a sweet treat.
SUNDAY, August 8, 2021
Join Tara at the assistant superintendent’s residence for a look around the garden as she shares some plant history and folklore.
NATURE CENTER is open from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. today.
THE LEE HOUSE Museum open from 3:30 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. today.
