Live Music with Richard Hefner and Corey McQuade
Live music at an outdoor amphitheater is an evening of entertainment. Pipestem Resort State Park presents music of the mountains with Richard Hefner of the Black Mountain Bluegrass Boys and Corey McQuade.
About Richard Hefner and Corey Lee McQuade:
Hefner’s traditional bluegrass banjo playing is well-known across West Virginia. He has displayed his banjo skills many times as a victor in contests and at the Vandalia Festival. Corey Lee McQuade carries on the dobro style of Tut Taylor flatpicking the resophonic guitar aka dobro. He is a singer/songwriter from Lewisburg, WV, and currently residing in Athens, WV.
Gates open at 6:30 p.m. Admission is free.
