History, Lore and Land of West Virginia at Blennerhassett Museum
Hear the setting and history of West Virginia come alive during a reading of poetry by Louise McNeil, who was appointed state poet laureate in 1979. McNeil, born in Pocahontas County in 1911, wrote her first poem at age 11, and used prose to reflect on her home state.
