Kanawha State Forest hosts History Alive! Mark Twain.

Mark Twain is one of America’s most celebrated authors and humorists. He is best known for novels “The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn” and “The Adventures of Tom Sawyer,” but his work includes nonfiction, magazine articles, and commentaries that provide insight into the American story. Mark Twain was the pen name of Samuel Clemens.

Doug Riley portrays Mark Twain at 7:30 p.m. at Kanawha State Forest Gift Shop Lawn Area.

History Alive! presentations are made possible by the WV Humanities Council and West Virginia State Park Interpretive Programs. The show begins at 7:30 p.m. and is free to attend and open to the public. Join us!
