Come and go as you please to see the Glade Creek Gristmill at Babcock State Park inside and out. The miller will be on-hand for informal discussions about the history of this structure and how the mill works. Visit from 10:00 am to Noon or 1:00 to 6:00 pm. on September 18, 2022. There is no fee to see the mill.
Celebrate Appalachian heritage in Southern West Virginia. Enjoy free programs in parks and communities including Babcock, Carnifex Ferry Battlefield, Pipestem and Twin Falls resort state parks. Hidden History Happenings is organized by the National Park Service from September 16 – 25, 2022.
