Green Day Hike: Chief Logan - March 19, 2022

Southern West Virginia will begin to see the sprouting of the green at the Green Day Hike March 19, 2022 at Chief Logan State Park.

Meet naturalist/biologist Lauren Cole at the Museum in the Park at 10:00 a.m. This Green Day Hike will be on the Fitness and Shawnee Trail. It will be an easier walk, but a long one of about two miles with one gentle uphill climb. An excellent spring activity for any age. Cole paces her guided activities so everyone has a good experience. Along the hike observation of spring wildflowers or wildlife will add to the day. Open to the public without fee.
