Twin Falls Resort State Park is in for the first day hike! Join Tammy Cooper, park naturalist, at the Scout Field at high noon. There is ample parking. This loop trail is about 1-1/3 miles, and the hike will begin and conclude at the Scout Field. This winter hike meanders through the forest with some up and down hill slopes, but an easy hike.

There is no fee to participate. Dress appropriately for weather conditions, including boots or winter walking shoes with tread. If there is snowfall and accumulation or warmer conditions, wearing proper footwear for winter hiking is encouraged.

We’ll social distance. Mask wearing when not distanced is recommended and, if it is cold, a mask helps to keep your face warm.
