DESCRIPTION:A fabulous Farm-to-Table buffet is highlighted by the panoramic view of the Bluestone Gorge from Pipestem’s Bluestone Dining Room on Saturday\, September 16\, 2023. \nIn addition to locally sourced and prepared food\, this special dining event includes wine\, beer\, and moonshine pairings.  \nDemonstration tables located in McKeever Lodge include sampling sauces\, jams\, jellies\, dips and other food specialties to showcase many West Virginia’s small business entrepreneurs. Live music in the dining room adds to this mid-September food event. All attendees receive a free Farm-to-Table event T-shirt. \nWhat’s on the menu?  Enjoy these savory and flavorful offerings: Panzanella Salad\, Fresh Cucumber Pasta Salad\, Strawberry & Goat Cheese Crostini\, Smoked Trout Bruschetta\, Farm-fresh Roasted Garlic Butter Half Hen Chickens\, WV Caramelized Trout\, Honey Garlic Glazed Pork Loin\, Oven Roasted Potatoes\, Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Bacon\, Pumpkin Risotto\, Roasted Seasonal Vegetables\, Cornbread with Honey Butter\, Garden Salad Bar\, Corn and Chicken Chowder\, Blackberry Cobbler and Cheesecake with Local Berry Coulis.  \nThe per person Farm-to-Table event is $24.99 adult and children ages 4-12 is $12.50. Children 3 and under eat for free with a paying adult.
