Farm-to-Table Dinner: Pipestem Resort - July 15, 2022

Staged at Pipestem’s ballroom, the July 15, 2022 Farm-to-Table will be luminated by the light of a 95% waning gibbous moon. With summer harvest time comes locally sourced produce, beverage, and products at this year’s event. Gather at Pipestem Lodge for this extraordinary buffet meal, entertainment, and event. A moonlight stroll may be in order to round out the evening.

The Farm-to-Table Buffet includes:

• Farm Fresh Greens Salad topped with local Berries and Apples paired with local Honey and Apple Cider Vinaigrette
• Fried Green Tomato and Bacon Skewers
• Smoked Trout Bruschetta
• Rainbow Farms Smoked half Hens served with Peach Glaze
• Freedom Farms Trout with Citrus Beurre Blanc
• Braised Beef in a Red Wine Reduction
• Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
• Wild Rice Pilaf
• Braised Kale
• Roasted Seasonal Vegetables
• Assorted Rolls and Butter
• Mixed Berry Cobbler
• Chocolate Cheesecake with local Berry Coulis
• Non-Alcoholic Beverage included
