Cacapon Resort’s Farm-to-Table dinner is scheduled for Sept. 17, 2022 and will feature local produce and food products.
Tickets are $45 and include tax and gratuity. Reservations are available for up to 50 diners. The dinner starts at 6:00 p.m. at Cacapon Lodge with musical entertainment for the festivities. For people that have not seen the new lodge and the renovations, this is a lovely opportunity to enjoy a great meal, music and see the lodge.
The 2022 Farm-to-Table menu includes:
- Pulled Pork Barbecue
- Barbecue Ribs
- Products of Steel House Farms of Gerrardstown, WV
- Fresh Garden Salad
- Produce of Mocks Greenhouse & Farm of Berkeley Springs
- Sweet Potato Salad – featuring Lynn Dunham
- Creamy Coleslaw
- Corn on the Cob
- Apple dumplings
During this event, attendees will be able to enjoy a moonlight stroll as well as opportunities to visit the meadows and the late blooms of summer during the daytime at Cacapon.
