COAL – Outdoor Drama

The Aracoma Story, Inc., proudly presents C O A L – a two-act drama inspired by true events and story of a coal miner in Logan, W.Va. in 1921 and the Battle of Blair Mountain.
Singer/songwriters Louise Mosrie Coombe and Mike Richardson has generously given permission to use their fantastic song “Battle of Blair Mountain” in C O A L.
All shows will be presented at the Liz Spurlock Amphitheater in Chief Logan State Park. Show dates are August 27, 28, 29, and September 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11 and 12. Shows begin at dusk, around 8:30 p.m.
Tickets for the show COAL are available at the gate, or in advance at the Chief Logan Museum in the Park, Chief Logan State Park Lodge, the Aracoma Drug in Chapmanville, Southern Charms Delightful Wears in Logan, and Pic PAC Grocery in Man, W.Va.
