Tina Blankenship Smith grew up in the small community of Iaeger, in Southern West Virginia, where music and singing always inspired her. Tina grew up playing guitar and singing Bluegrass and Bluegrass Gospel with her Dad in various bands. And, although she throws in a little Bluegrass Gospel from time to time and has even written a few songs, she seems to have her own style. It was once described as very soothing, yet at the same time, very uplifting. She describes it as Gospel, with music that has a combination of a little country, southern gospel, bluegrass, and contemporary all in each song! Tina now lives in Mount Airy, N.C. and will be sharing her music at Pipestem State Park for Christmas!
