Cardboard & Duct Tape Boat Races

Build a boat (and paddles) using only duct tape and cardboard. Be at the boat dock at Beech Fork State Park on Saturday, July 25th by 10:30 a.m. to register. Bring your cardboard and duct tape to the boat launch and try to build a boat that will carry you across the lake in this wacky race to see if your homemade boat can make it!

Prizes include free camping, succeed or fail, this is bound to be fun! Call or visit the office for official rules.

Life jackets required. For your safety, lifeguards will be in attendance. Duct tape and cardboard are the only building materials allowed, and crafts will be examined before the event.
