Professional Storyteller, author, recording artist and a five-time champion of the WV Liar’s Contest, Bill Lepp is coming to Cacapon Resort State Park. His humorous, family-friendly tall-tales have earned the appreciation of all ages and walks of life. Lepp will be speaking in the Washington/Fairfax room at Cacapon Lodge at 7 p.m.
