DESCRIPTION:In cooperation with the West Virginia Department of Agriculture\, West Virginia State Parks is pleased to announce the 2025 Farm to Table Dinner Series! \n\n\n\nThe individual talents of our state park chefs come alive as they create an unforgettable culinary experience by crafting a sumptuous dinner with locally sourced products.Each dinner in the series will feature a unique theme\, setting\, entertainment and menu. These annual events at West Virginia’s state park restaurants create a unique summer-time experience you won’t want to miss! \n\n\n\nMark your calendars now Blackwater Falls State Park’s Farm to Table experience. The Smokehouse Restaurant\, Blackwater’s main dining room has a menu prepared that you don’t want to miss. The date for this unforgettable culinary waterfall is September 26\, 2025 with cocktails at 5pm and dinner served at 6pm. This year’s dinner will be located at the Harr Conference Center at Blackwater Falls Lodge.This year’s menu includes an arugula and goat cheese salad tossed in a blueberry-honey vinaigrette. Next\, indulge in a smoked rack of lamb with a port wine Sauce\, served with Asparagus risotto or a Wagyu New York strip with a ramp chimichurri\, yukon gold mashed potatoes and fresh roasted veggies. For dessert\, enjoy chocolate torte with lemon mousse and blackberry compote with a side of blackberry ice cream. \n\n\n\nTickets are $70 per person\, which includes both tax and gratuities.
