WonderFall Hike: Watoga State Park

Celebrate the fall foliage by taking a park naturalist guided hike to earn a WonderFall WV State Park hiking patch! Meet at 11 a.m. at the Monongaseneka Trailhead just above cabin #2 along Island Lick. This historic CCC built trail climbs 2.5 miles to a mountaintop overlook with Greenbrier River views. This trail is moderately difficult with some steep inclines. Please wear hiking appropriate footwear and a hiking stick is recommended. This hike is 5 miles roundtrip and will take about 4.5 hours.
